In one of the most exciting “artistic pool” events in history, Nick “Quick Nick” Nikolaidis from Canada defeated Bruce “The Big Guy” Barthelette of the USA in the final match. Bruce made a valiant effort in his quest for victory, as he defeated Tom “Dr. Cue” Rossman and Mike “Tennessee Tarzan” Massey in prior matches.

“Quick Nick” came off of a 2nd place finish at the 2005 ESPN Trick Shots Magic event and the 2005 WPA World “Artistic Pool” Championship to complete his determined and skilled resolve to finally win a “major”.

The Masters also produced 8 Discipline Champions, along with the prestigious Sportsmanship Award, which was voted on by the players. Mr. Eric “The Preacher” Yow earned this latter honor. Stay tuned for more magnetic “artistic pool” events in the future, as “Trick Shots”…and “So Much More” moves forward in its worldwide appeal to a growing fan and player base.
