Team USA came back to defend their title with a team of veterans and champions

Team Europe also put together a very impressive field of talented players.

The first semi finals pitted Bruce Barthelette & Jeanette Lee vs Nick Nikolaidis & Ewa Laurance.

From the getgo, Team Europe began to pound relentlessly.  Shot after shot, the score kept growing.  Eventually Nick put the icing on the cake with Dr. Popper jump to win the match by points.                                                                                                                          Final score 9 - 6 in favor of Europe.

In the 2^nd semi finals, Tom Rossman & Mike Massey went up against Stefano Pelinga & Luke Szywala.

Again, Team Europe appeared to be on a mission.  Before you knew it, the match was over.  Stefano & Luke looked like a well oiled machine just off a production line.                           Final Score 9 - 7 in favor of Europe.

Going into the finals, Team Europe began with a 2 – 0 lead as they carried forward 1 point for each match that was won in the semi-finals.

Again, without a blink, they continued to beat up on Team USA and before you know it, the score was 7 – 2.  This was an insurmountable and Team Europe went on to capture the prestigious title of Champions of WORLD CUP OF TRICK SHOTS 2007.                                Final score 7 - 4 in favor of Europe.
